Initiating a Return

Eligibility Criteria

For a successful return, ensure your item is in pristine, unworn or unused condition, equipped with tags, and in its original packaging. Accompany it with all additional items, such as packing slips and reports. Initiate the return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Inspection Process

Returns undergo a meticulous inspection, usually completed within 5 days after we receive the item (may extend up to 7 days depending on order volume). Contact us if you haven’t received confirmation. We’ll confirm receipt of the package and whether the return is approved.

Return Authorization

It’s crucial to obtain return authorization before sending back an item. Please wait for our approval to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Consideration for Purchases

At LXL Jewelry, we acknowledge that some businesses offer free returns with unlimited timeliness. However, it’s important to understand that this often results in higher item prices. To maintain fairness, we implement a $25 restocking fee, helping us recoup costs and ensuring transparency in our pricing

Why the Restocking Fee?

To maintain transparency, a $25 restocking fee applies to cover labor costs for reintroducing the item into circulation, certification processes to verify returned items as genuinely new, costs associated with insured priority shipping, paid upfront, non-refundable 3%-6% fee from major payment processors, and expenses for reanalyzing detailed reports for all purchases. This fee ensures transparency, allowing us to list only truly new products and maintain the highest quality for our clients.

Upon approval of your return, we issue store credit of equal value to the original purchase price.

Costs and Recommendations

If your return is accepted, you will be issued store credit of equal value to the original purchase price, minus a $25 restocking fee. We recommend insuring the shipment, but it is at your discretion. Returns initiated after the 5-day period or without proper inspection may not be accepted.

Responsibility for Shipment

We will not be responsible for items lost or sent without prior approval.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll promptly notify you of the approved store credit.
